Inflight Pre-Order Question

Early last fall I placed pre-orders for two IF200 models: The American 707-100 and Eastern Airlines 727 Hockey Stick on white (not natural metal). I haven't heard anything from the retailer who I placed the orders with. Has anyone heard anything about them and when they'll ship to retailers? Thank you.

Who is White Models? Never heard of them. Where are they located?
The aircraft in question however have long since been released AFAIK.

The Eastern 72 was the hockey stick on white...I was referring to that and the AA 707 (I think you knew that). Thank you for the info...I'm pretty annoyed that my pre-orders were ignored (or so it seems). Thanks again.

I checked a couple retailers, and they still have the AA 707 up for preorder, so they're probably still in production, but the Eastern I'm not sure on.

Inflight often has models on pre-order for over a year, so don't be surprised if it takes a while for you to received. AND....it usually takes the models about 2 models to reach retailers around the globe. The European dealers usually get them first, then a month to 2 months lag to the U.S. dealers.

That "White Models" question has raised my eyebrows, and alerted my Spidey-senses. I smell a retailer in our midst.....

Thank you all for your responses. I emailed the retailer again and asked what's going on with the models. He responded immediately that the models are on their way to him. I feel a lot better, as I really didn't want to miss these two.

In the original post the TS mentioned he ordered from white models (sic!). In the meantime the TS appears to have edited his post.
What about banning yourself for bashing other users for innocent and honest questions?

I'm coming onto this thread late after everyone did their own editing so I missed the controversy. I do remember the topic starter asking about a delay in their Inflight Models white fuselage Eastern 727, but where and why it went downhill from there not sure what happened.

From that post it appeared to me that the TS ordered from "White Models" which I took for a retailer unbeknownst to me.
So I merely asked who that retailer is.

Who is he anyway to demand something like this? Does he own this place?
