Default A 310s available soon.

These models will be manufactured by Inflight.

First models will be PAN AM and Balair.

That's absolutely outstanding.
Hope they turn out better than the HM versions.

I was never a big fan of the Inflight 200 A300 mould, so i'm very sceptical about this new A310 mould.. heaven forbid it's identical to the toylike HM A310 mould than no thanks i don't want in my precious Diecast collection..

No problem for SABENA, PW engines just like PAN AM and Balair.

But the other airlines had GE engines, the engine cowls were different.

Thanks a lot Jean Pierre for bringing this to my attention.
If Inflight is smart then maybe they can make the different enginetypes.

Glory, glory, HALLELUJAH!!!!!!! There is a god after all. Herpa's Il-62 and now the long
awaited, promised, expected, pre-ordered C-5 took that faith away from me.
What a dream come true for me.The Panam and Balair livery are the 2 liveries that I was hoping for if they ever were to produce an A310. I really controlled myself for not buying the HM version. Thanks Jean Pierre for this wonderful news.

I hope to see the A310 wearing the beautiful Air Transat livery.
Many of them are still in service flying international routes to the Caribbean islands destinations and Europe.

Wow this is very good news indeed. Hope the mold will be worth the purchase of multiple A310's. Thanks Jean Pierre for posting and thanks to IF200 for announcing this new mold for 2019.
@Surinam air; wasn't the A300 inflight used in the past jc's mold they still use today? Not the best indeed..

This is good news indeed JP. There are a couple of African carriers to be done then.

I hope you can mention to your contact that the A300B2/B4 is sorely lacking in 1:200 scale. The -600 was done, but none of the earlier variants.

I'm sure they will. Both the PW JT9D-7 and the GE CF6-80 were used on other types that Inflight also produces. The pylons are even similar enough that they can just make one that resembles both.

I can't wait to see the Royal Jordanian and last Biman Bangladesh livery!

This is exciting, FINALLY, and thanks for Inflight for offering this model.
I hope they give it the same attention as the latest AB models.

I am hoping for SABENA and Royal Jordanian as I flew them in the 90s from Rome.
Great airplane!!
(Now here's hoping for a A330NEO and 764)

That house color version looks very nice too, without the small winglets. Hope so too that this paves the way for an A300 B2-4..

That would make a great model, this aircraft has PW engines ...

All we need now, it's Inflight's decision.

I boarded AP-BGP on 30th August 2013 from Narita to Beijin.

I completely forgot there were A310s without winglets until that Swissair photo. Found this interesting old article:

The military versions are some of the best looking 310s ever. I'm partial to the dark grey scheme myself. The Luftwaffe had at least 3 schemes. The French, Spanish, Thai Air Forces, and a few others operated them as well.

Does this one count? I love the livery. There was also a 737 variant.

I think that that the Orion A300 was leased from Dan Air. Nice livery. Back in the 80s I had the dubious honour of delaying the inaugural Orion flight from Stansted by 20 minutes, due to a loadsheet f*** up on my part requiring a partial redistribution of luggage This was a Boeing 737-200.

Ah, the load sheet days. On some of the full charter flights in the 70s, we'd ask pax to divulge their weight rather than just estimate for the load and balance sheet.

What made the Orion debacle even worse was the presence of the Managing Director of Orion as well as representatives of the travel press
