I’ve been searching for this model for a long time, it was worth the wait!

Congratulations Jay.
Not sure that many models received this speedpak, I even think the TWA was the only one.
If I remember well, this is the second version of the Constellation, the first one had the white top.

Always nice to finally get hold of a model you've been after for awhile.
I believe WM only had the speedpack on this one, the white top N91209 was done without it.

You are right both side, Jean Pierre! So bad for Air France, but couldn't it be a future model for you ( ....if not already done, of course!) such as this nice F-BBDU ?

Re: Western Models TWA Constellation
Jay, this is really good find, and in a perfect shape!
Have you owned the beautiful WMUK PanAm model, it as the first one of the serie CA14?

Re: Western Models TWA Constellation
You mean this one ?
I bought it during my second visit at CAM in September 1996.
These old models are very nice ...

Hello Dominique.
In fact I have the project to make a copy of this speedpak to equip one of my AF Constellations ...
... but I have so many projects ...
I have the decals.
Jean Pierre.

I found it on eBay and it honestly looks new, a lucky find.
I did own the original WM Pan American Constellation but it had quite a few miles on it so when the new Pan Am Constellation came out I bought that and gave the old one to a friend who also collects.
