Default Anyone ever 'open' a 747F before?

Recently got the Hogan dream lifter in, and it got me wondering if anyone has cut open one of their 747Fs before so it can be displayed opened/closed? I'm considering customizing my LCF, but I don't have anything super thin to cut it with. I'm hoping someone will come out with a working LCF model, I think it would be really neat

I know a member had done that with a Hogan 200 scale I believe? I can't remember who posted the photos?

I believe it was Vandan who did open a 747 F.

I did it once, but not with the right model (Hogan B747-8F, inflight wings), plastic is too thick, it is very difficult to cut it. I will do it again but with a Herpa B747 Cargo or preferably with a model from Hasegawa. With this model, you can really make a lot better and more beautiful. I'm not so lucky with the model I did.

Here are som photos of this model with setup:

I remember there were a few photos of a JCW DreamLifter with a swinging tail in sample form
But that has been a while already, and no further news

I had totally forgotten about that one tbc, it was only a year or so ago.
Here's a link to that thread.

Vandan, just noticed...with all your intricate detail, you need to add chalks to those aircraft in the tarmac! ;-) I know you can do it.
