Thanks for the pics. Might be just me. But the black on the front looks a little narrow on the radome.

Very nice looking model. Just to nitpick, as with all of GJ MD80 models the nose shaping could use some work. It’s obviously too pointy at the nose cone. I have also been slightly disappointed with the shape of the “screw driver” tail cone. The underside of it needs to be a little narrower instead of straight down to the underside of the plane.
I’m just nitpicking and GJ still makes my favorite MD80.

I agree the nose could use some work, but still a good piece of work by gemini. I think the too pointy nose is also the cause of the black to be a bit off. But as you said, its is just nitpicking.

Agreed. Very nice model. I have the KLM DC-9 which I like alot.

Since posting those comparison pics, it’s also very obvious they need to work on the cockpit window printing lol. I know these detailed digital pictures make things look worse than they really are, but it looks as if the windows stretch upward towards the rear.
