GeminiJets 1:200 March 2017 Hints
Here they are, just posted on GJ's Facebook Page:
1/200
#1) She has a sister with shiny new colors, but this one isn't so bad, you can't give her druthers.
#2) It's about time this was added to the fleet, some people will even say, Sweet!
#3) The Queen of the fleet she will become, will she ever serve the land of the Rum?
#4) Her Sisters will be moving further East, no doubt she is still a beast.
#5) A dash and a slash of silver appears, you bluey fans will be, like Cheers, mate give us a beer.
#6) A color she has reminds of split pea, but with dark bread and vodka, who can see?
#7) Oh this one will be really hot, better get it now, or you will not.

These aren't hints. Most of these could apply to any plane in any livery.

I agree. I've pretty much given up on guessing because of the poor hints.
They would be much more interesting and fun if they gave you a fair chance of guessing correctly.

Yup...I've got nothing. I'm just hoping one of these could possibly be a JetBlue...

No doubt a Qantas something or other. The dash of silver refers to the new livery and the reference to 'mate'.......well that's what I think mate!

#2 - either a BA Landor 772 or a BA 763 with RR engines. Not that the clue necessarily fits, but just because both are long overdue IMO.

I think you are right as well. crownvic had sold his off just recently and I assumed it had to do with a re-release of this bird.

True. Guessing the new livery on their T7 birds will be later this year or early 2018. Cheers! T7

I think #1 is the 787 in the old Air Canada colors since there is already a 787 painted in new colors which would be her sister.

Releasing an old color 787-8 when they recently released old color 787-9.
That's very poor planning on their side then

Hmm. If they had said 'she has a little sister....' then we might go with the B777. Ah, I'm batting at 50% with the DAC hint threads when they are posted. So, I will just be patient and wait for the official release statement from Gemini. I'm sure crownvic is sitting at his computer with a big grin on reading all the DAC replies in this thread. Cheers! That's a pretty good guess SHOT, I don't see why NOT, since only 1 bird flew with the reg G-V
HOT . Just which particular livery will she be wearing for the collector LOT?

Be nice to see one of the following:
BA Landor 767/777
LTU MD-11
Aer Lingus A330
Couldn't guess on any of those 'clues' though, although yeah, #6 sounds Russian, and green, so is probably S7.

How about having some fun. Why don't you provide 'hints' of your guesses on the Hints for March 2017. That way we can try and guess what your answers are based on your hints on hints.
T7 (or you can also reveal them when the hints are officially no longer hints, but the real answers)

Would be nice to get the 777-200LR, but for me it doesn't matter because the color they use for AC is so inaccurate that I have to pass up on all the releases since the A321.

Finally! #7 must be a Piedmont Henson Dash 8!
Based on these clues, I'm not liking the odds of any of these releases being of 80's vintage.
