Default New Air Canada models

Does anyone have any clues as to when we can see the first NEW Air Canada livery models in 1/200?

I don't know what the current record time is for turning out a 1/200 model for an airline that just revealed their new paint job? In the meantime, I think you might want to poke crownvic on when we may expect the new black/white Air Canada models to be rolled out to the AC collectors. Cheers! T7

Gemini A321 will be first is my guess. JCW B787 may also appear before long. Not to worry, they will show up.

Worried? What me? It only took 20 years for the Air Canada 767-200 in original livery to show up!

I like the 767-200 air frame and have been contemplating getting this one.

Hope someone does a 789 or 77W
I believe all new 789 will come in the new livery

Not much of a 788 fan

It's honestly baffling how some people seem to like this poor excuse for a livery. I can't quite wrap my head around it. However, I bet we'll see it on a model very soon.

To me, Air Canada, WAS the Red and White livery of old.

For me, Air Canada was best as Red White and Black! Where is an AC and/or TCA Series 50 in 1/200?

I completely agree!

But I find this latest one the least worst out the last three!

I have been told probably 2-3 months for new livery to show up.

Agree the Red/white and Black was Air Canada. This is the best of the last 3 liveries far better than toilet bowl blue.

It's quite elegant and professional and suitable for a full service airline

Yes, but after growing up and admiring the Red/White livery of the past, it is a big letdown

I also like the Red/White/Black livery. Very sharp looking and eye catching. I'm sure this new livery will grow on me over time and a few 1/200 models, ! Cheers! T7

This is my all time favorite aircraft/colors combination for Air Canada. My favorite post TCA markings, and it really suited the B727. IMO. Only flew on her once. YYZ-YEG-YVR.

Nope, I also like it as well. It doesn't stand out like the blue on the KLM and Korean Air airframes; but doesn't blend in with all the boring euro-white paint jobs. It's a subtle livery that doesn't shout 'Hey look at me!', and at the same time states 'I am fine on my own' and not be part of the sheep/flock.

This one is also my favorite Air Canada livery with the red/burgundy being a close second. One thing I could never figure out was why the Air Canada B727s had a black radome. It would've look much better without it. All the other Air Canada aircraft types didn't and I know for a fact it was not a requirement by Boeing.
