Default 2017 New projects

Beside the G650/737MAX/320NEO and CS100/300, two more new projects will be done in early 2017.

You guys over at JC Wings have really advanced the 1:200 scale over the past couple of years. These look great.

Wow very interesting 747 Dreamlifter! It looks like the back door will be able to open as well? I'm hoping that hanger will be available for sale as well as other necessary GSE!

Very nice but … the weight !

Caution with the position of the center of gravity if we want the model to sit flat on its wheels.

Awesome!!! That new stand looks really cool! Will those be shipping with all 2017 JCW releases?

I have always liked the dreamlifter and kinda wanted a diecast version. Looks really good too! Noticed the Japanese flag on the wing...is there an airline there that owns one of these?

A Beluga XL based on the A 330-200 F is taking shape at Toulouse, it is designed to replace the A 300-600 ST.

it should be ready for first flight in 2018 and will enter service in 2019.

that 747 freighter offers 1 scheme!!!

can we now please have an AN-124/225!!!! you would sell more of the Antonovs than that Special 747 freighter.

DEFINITELY CRUCIAL !!!

For the 747 Dreamlifter, PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THE ANTENNAS. If not it's just another Hogan; only much, much heavier.

Interesting.
Wondering how the final product will look like (stand), and what will be the final color.
Cool stuff for 2017.

Any chance to see a 744 with full flap extension?

Also, can you imagine a landing configuration model, with flap extension, spoilers deployed and engines mimicking reverse thrust? I know, too much, but it will be cool to see something like that

Thanks for posting TONKA - have been long hoping for a diecast Dreamlifter but didn't think it would become reality so opted for the Hogan one in the meantime.

This one looks good so far; some rivet / reinforcement plate surface detail and neutral wings (the Hogan model has them flexed as in takeoff / landing). Looking forward to this one and particularly interested how much more surface detail will be included as the real 747LCFs have a lot of rivet detail. Not so keen on a working tail if it results in a big seam line when closed. This could be a real winner so looking forward to it and the Beluga / Beluga XL too. :-)

On the stand, IMHO I prefer the current wood and metal ones aesthetically although I can see how the industrial look of this undercarriage-type stand could work. Reminds me a bit of Gundam model stands that are available. Functionally with the current stands if the model isn't 'sitting' at quite the right attitude it's easy to bend the metal. It doesn't look like that would be feasible with the new design. Just my five cents.

Thanks again for posting - exciting to see great new product work so early this year!

I am sure that a diecast model made by GJ or JC will definitely have much more details than one by Hogan. But I do appreciate the smoothly rolling wheels on Hogan models. I have a Hogan Air France 777-300ER and I always roll it on the table like a car.

Let's see what details JC is going to provide us on this aircraft.

Well, I will not be here often now, too many personal attacks from one active member just because JCW don't accept his proposal about the GE90-115B engine
He claimed is a free place here, he can say whatever he want to, or keep playing the broken record on the 777. When you find out one day, it is hard to make a dog understand that the earth is not square, I decided not to waste my time again.

Please ignore that person.
For what it is worth, as a collector, I find your presence and posts very important and informative, so I know what is in the pipeline for future releases. This thread is a great example of your contribution...

Good idea, do not waste your time, yes it is a free place, but most people see the insanity, trollish behavior and ad naseum repetition and hijacking of threads over the same crap over and over again.
