At first Happy New Year to everyone on DA.C! Wish all of you a great year and happy collection!
I create this new topic and their photos to thank Terence for the beautiful background pictures. I recently wrote here in the forum that I was looking for the background for Sydney Airport. After that, I got a private message from Terence that he gave me the pictures. That was really nice of him. I would like to thank him again for the really beautiful pictures. Here are the new pictures, which I have took with his background.
What a stunning Qantas 747 collection you have got there! Makes me want to collect Qantas aswell all though it is not in my collection criteria ..the tarmac pics are terrific as always, especialy those of the classic jumbo...

Welcome to Sydney..Vandan..it is absolutely STUNNING photos. I suggest you should have all your photos printed in a book and sell to us. It is a life time memory to look at those photos. Good Job mate.
I am really glad you were able to use the Lady Robinson Beach photos to such great effect.
I particularly like the Nalanji and Wunala shots as I never saw them at YSSY (gone before my planespotting time). And the composite shots of two models are great!
Every time you post a new set of photos you take your artistry to a higher level. Outstanding!
Great shots and highlights my reasoning for not picking up the JC Wings "Wunula Dreaming" birds due to the shape of the nose and cockpit area. They have made some great strides in this area since then, and now put out a great 747 which rivals Inflight's mould.
Again, thanks for the pictures. Now I need to look at my collection to see if I picked up the Texas-themed A380.

That is a very big fleet you have... I have to say, I am very surprised to see this much to come out of just one airline! Very good too.

Awesome clear sharp pictures are Vandan. I also have experimented with this similar diorama scene but never posted before as my work needed further development & enlargement at full poster size to do it justice. So I know first hand how hard and dedicated your work is mate, well done. Just for reference is my very poor attempts are below that I decided was crap, so it has never made it here before, but the concept is there, it clearly shows just how good your attention to details of your completed works are. Well done Vandan
My very small A3 attempt was way too small = fail.......my small bread board features as a runway only good for
small body aircraft (not even)

Thanks mate, I have many nice photos, but I don't think, someone will buy my photos.

Thank you for your compliment. Yes, I did the same concept like you and I think, you did also very well, you just need a bigger background and you will make nice photos like me. Before I took the photos, I studied and saw many photos of Terence on flickr. His photos are really very nice. Some photos I took above are ok, some not, the background I printed is a little big, they don't really fit to the scale 1:200, so I am still not satisfied with 2 backgrounds I printed but it is very expensive to print them again, maybe later.

PS Great QF collection too!
Thanks again Terence. Your background pictures have motivated me to make beautiful pictures
Not bad effort Steve! Looks pretty good IMHO, just needs to be scaled up a bit. Ah, and yes, Yananyi Dreaming. Perhaps it is time for JC / Gemini to complete our QF special livery collections with a 1:200 diecast metal version?! :-)
