I just went to the Jetway models website, and it seems as though Nick has changed the site completely and is now using images from waffle. What is the deal with that? Was there a merger or something? Thoughts? info? opinions?
yup. Looks a whole lot like wafflecollectibles, don't tell me jetway models now charges Tax too based on what i see in their new website -_-

The website looks very much like a work in progress (I clicked on various things and got a lot of "no product" replies, and the boxes on the menu bar don't seem to do anything). Maybe the new owner hasn't finished putting his new site together. I was very happy with Nick, and the lion's share of my collection came from him.
I recieved a email from Nick to say he was moving on, very surprised as he is the best in the buisness, but we do not know his circumstances, so although ill miss him, good luck to him, customer service was 100%, The new guy has all nicks customer information and got in touch to introduce himself, Waffle says he is a good guy and to give him a chance but already been 5 days with no reply to email compared to Nicks 24 hours, He may have bought Nicks company name but doesnt have nicks service.
New company gets paid via topflightmodels so maybe some of you have dealt with new guy before.
Let me introduce myself as the new owner of JetwayModels
I have been in the aviation business for almost 15 years and am excited to carry on the great work Nick has been doing for over the last 20 years.
Customer service, among honest and fair pricing, are my top priorities going forward. I know how important it is for people to feel they matter, be able to get questions answered quickly and be treated with respect.
As many have seen, the sight has a fresh look! I am working to continue to tweak and improve the layout as time goes on. Also, more models are continuing to be added to ensure the content is current and up to date. If you cannot find an item or have a website request, please feel free to contact me.
Please take a few minutes to browse the site, register for an account and hope to talk to you soon. My contact information and email are listed in the "Contact Us" section. I look forward to getting to know many of you here.
I can confirm that Steve's commitment to 100% customer service and satisfaction is true and valid. I placed an order and received prompt email communication regarding my order, which was as seamless with any prior processing from Nick.
I'm sure Nick has placed JetWayModels in good and trusted hands.
I'd like to personally thank Nick for the many years of dedicated service to the hobby and oversight given to each and every order placed. Nick, you've set the benchmark all retailers should model their businesses after. Thanks for all your efforts to make collecting fun
