Default What were the very first Gemini200 Models made.

I received some wonderful models in trade with Fanaticist and one of them, was a Southwest 737-700 that was the 2,000 NG 737 made and I also notice on the back of the box that the model was produced in 2007.

Can someone please tell me what models were the first four 1:200 models that Gemini made please?

If you go on Gemini's website and click the link to the 200 line it should have them in order( or close to) of production.

The first Gemini 200 was the US Airways A319 "PSA" Heritage Plane. Second US Airways A320, Third Northwest A319.

And the member above is correct...go to Gemini Jets.com, product, Gemini 200. It will pull the releases pretty close to release.

I was SOOOO excited when Gemini started making 1/200 models. For years I'd wanted 200 scale models with gear, antenna, detail. Hard to believe it's been 9 years since the first release. Feels like it was yesterday.

Gemini was on a role in January 2008. That's my collecting criteria to a T!

Always trips me out that the TED was made so early on. But I'm thankful for it. Love that model.

Back in that moment, few people told GJ, they should start the 1/200.

I have fond memories of buying the BA and the Ted A320 models. I gave the Ted model to my friend, Ted. lol.

That's interesting, considering this forum started way before then. Curious to know what 1/200 models were being collected before Gemini, I took a short trip in the time machine It appears Inflight, Herpa and Hogan comes up quite regularly in pre-Gemini postings.

Incidentally, Gemini is the dominant brand in my airline collection

I have the NWA A319, TED A320, Southwest 737-700, Continental 737, American 737-800, and United A320.

The SWA and AA were very hard to find.

Gemini haven't made very many mistakes. The 250 line didn't really go over. I think just the one in 100 scale? The Hawaiian A330. I wish they had done more 100 scale. The Hawaiian was beautiful.

Let me clarify...diecast 1/200 models. Until Gemini 1/200 came alone I had no idea about Inflight. I was a 1/400 collector and I collected Gemini and Dragon Wings models. The only 1/200 models I had were from Flight Miniatures and then when Skymarks came along that was the first 1/200 models I owned that had gear. But so wanted diecast models in 1/200. After Gemini came along with the 200 brand I then discovered Inflight, Aviation 200 etc.... And it wasn't until Gemini 200 came along that I discovered this forum, I think I joined in 2009.
