The nose section doesn't look good in the picture. Maybe it's just the angle, but the nose gear's middle gray section is way too wide.

+The position of pylon vs nose cowl, shape of winglets...I think GJ will be the winner again for the 737 MAX

Looks like its the same basic mold as the next gen and classic 737's. Nose looks pretty off.

I wish Gemini 200 could also do the 737 MAX mould because the IF 200 737-800/900 (except for the 737-200) are generally crappy moulds period.

That is the case with all the IF 200 737-800/900 moulds, the landing gears are way to small & to low to the ground...

Tonka has already posted preview pics in the Inflight new mold thread. JCW, according to him, is definitely doing this one.

Although I will probably go for the GJ/JCW model, I'm anxious to see what Inflight has to offer too. Competition is always good for the customer (us), and we will be the ones who benefit.

i can honesty say with initmate knowledge, that there is zero deformation (flat spot) in the circumference of the one piece, stretch formed inlet lip skin. The fan diameter of the LEAP-1B is also increased on the MAX over the CFM56-7. The nacelle shown above is undersized and wrong in so many ways. I'm guessing this is nothing more than a notched NG nacelle to simulate the chevrons on the T/R aft cowl translating sleeves. Just hideous IMHO!

I'll agree it looks pretty crap. They're still using that lousy, incorrect gear they used on NG models. The nose looks wrong, and the Leap engines appear to be wrong shape. Why can't the diecast manufacturers get the most produced jet airliner correct? I'm missing out on so many liveries because of shape issues!! Only so many 1/200 decals for Hasegawa 737s...

I have to admit that although it has many errors, it does look a bit better than their previous 737 moulds. Their previous models had cockpit windows that looked a bit too high.
