Default Cleaning Models

What do other collectors use to clean their models?

I am a person who collects to have my planes on display (no judgement for people who keep them in their boxes, just my preference) so they tend to get a little dusty and pick up fingerprints when people have touched them etc. I want to give them a quick wipedown with something but I don't want to use anything that is going to damage the paint or clear coat at all.

Any suggestions?

A make up brush is very soft. Good for dusting. If you don't want prints, white cotton gloves work. Walgreen's,Rite Aid,any drug store should have them.

I tend not to touch my models once they are on display, so many of the fingerprints are not mine.

Ideally I'd like to get these guys into a glass case but will have to settle for cleaning them up for the time being.

A camera lens brush also works well. You can even gently blow air while you brush off the surfaces
