I concur about SM quality being hit and miss, particularily that 747 release. I do like my Worldways DC-8 and the AC 787 is stunning. Looking for the AA Astrojet 787 and Air Transat 1011 from them as well.

I also like the A330-200 in House flavour. Next A330 release would be nice to see Air Transats Azores glider.

Thank you Inflight.

While you are at it, an A 340-300 with the Airbus livery of the first flight ….

Interesting to see that the 747SR was once marketed as "Airbus"...

Sands SP is cool but I wish IF would modify the nose shape and other defects on it.
The A330 we have yet to see if they can make a proper mould.

I don't believe! CV-990 in VARIG colors!

VARIG was forced to accept the CV-990 of the bankrupt Panair of Brazil, in 60's. They were not well known in Brazil and were rarely used.

Well, at that time Airbus didn't exist and Boeing didn't came to the idea of trade marking the name. THAT would have been funny!

That is what is frustrating about Inflight....the wait time after announcement is normally 6 months to a year, if not longer.

That's how it use to be at Herpa in the late 1990ies. Collecting models is a business for patient people.

I have the Inflight RAF C-130J in 'low vis' markings, and it is as nice as anything on the market. Nice details and paint. It comes with operating cargo door and ramp, and the option of gear up or down by the use of different gear or closed door modules.

I would recommend it without reservations..

That 747 looks so weird with "Super Airbus" written on it's side!
Really like the ANZ 747 and Varig 990.

Inflight has never released an A330. But like their other new moulds this one should be their own new mould, so we shall have to wait and see what it looks like once released.

Very interesting indeed! Love the house colours from airbus. Hope inflight delivers a good and affordable a330 mold. Jean Pierre, do you know wich ailine is flying the actual 1000th a330?? Are there 1000th markings on it like Emirates did with the 1000th 777?

This aircraft is MSN 871, it is not the 1000th A 330.

First flown on 25.09.2007 as F-WWKU it was supposed to be used as a test aircraft for the U S Air Force tanker, still with Airbus, it was re-registered F-WWCB.

The 1000th A 330 was delivered to Cathay Pacific on 19.07.2013.
It was an A 330-343, first flown as F-WWCV, final registration B-LBB, MSN 1436.

Jean Pierre.

I have the Canadian Armed Forces release and I'm very pleased with it. One small error in the markings, but the mold itself is quite good.

A well-known DA.C member had a 747SP of the Sands Corp. made. He, a something-like an-insider to the business who was not-involved-actively, always stated and repeated that we'll probably NEVER see a Sands Corp. aircraft released as a regular, so his model was a real gem.

Inflight proves him wrong, I guess.

Ummmmmmm WRONG! I beg your pardon I never had those made...Those were all sent to me by the SM factory manager several years ago as damaged models..They were sold and marketed as damaged models at a huge discount. I was asked to sell those as a favor for them as they wanted them gone..SM is the same people as Inflight. So try again...Being that it was last year I was told then by SM that the Sands project was abandoned due to the models all being damaged..I guess they changed their minds...NEXT!

Then, I need and would like to apologize for the mix-up, Russ. I guess it was the discussion for the custom-made Sands L-1011 as well as the Sudan Airways and TAAG models then.
