Nice looking model. Very smart paint job. I have disagree with you that the best ever scheme that the B767-300 took was the BA Landor scheme with half of the World's airlines copy this scheme.

Modestos

Great looking model, and superb work by Stang as usual. In this case though, I have to agree with Modestos and go for the Landor livery. I think we have more of a chance of Gemini doing a BA model as long as they think the investment in the RR engines/pylons will pay off.

That sure is a lovely model... I did like the Australian livery... how come Qantas went with JetStar instead?

a 787 would look great in that livery!!

For me, this is the best livery for the 763. Never been done in 1:200 also!

Sorry for late reply, but the reason Qantas ended the Austrailan low cost brand is hard to explain but I will try, it was because of the first company example in this program had the same operating cost as Qantas mainstream fleet, with no profit to sustain growth. It was a trial to get staff to move with less pay & staff travel with not too much movement. The result was to start a whole new low cost airline with no unions or benefits or carry on entitlements. ie new staff. Jetstar still carries the same ochre colour on it's underside Same as Qantas did in their cheatline throughout the 1980's. Thank you for your question
I think the orhre colour scheme continues here fom the current Jetstar though to Qantas 747-200's 1980's scheme

Not sure if it was ever discussed but did anyone ever notice that the white Jetstar A330 model did not have all white engine cowls as depicted on the box art.

I took this albino Jetstar A330 quite a long time back at my workplace, beautiful plane! The regular one is at the background.

Yes a very nice scheme, really sticks out.
I would say yes to Gemini for this, but if I was Gemini I would not make this top priority.
And as a collector I would wait until a price reduction or sale if the model was expensive.
Again very nice (and orange lol) livery which would make a nice piece in any Australian collectors cabinet.

Yes but I was referring to the Jetstar A330 model posted above.

Ok coming back to the 767 topic, I find the pink Delta one pretty unique and also ANA's BB-8 too.

You are entitled to your " a bit ugly" just as I was a bit bold of me to say its the best 767-300. My request was for for people who would be interested. I Already have one example. As for the GJ response to my question. I expect business practices have changed since then, and that it is why it's irrelevant

Also, continuing flying the flag for the British operators, and with the added bonus of Rolls Royce RB211s...this:

I'm surprised neither of these have made it to the 1:200 world yet to be honest!

Don't be sorry. It's all good mate the 767-300 mould has a lot more opportunities as posted our good mates above. Including a 767-300ER with the RR engines. Let's hope the 767-300ER does come out with Rollers Cheers Roydair.

Was BA not the only airline ever to have the RR engines on it's 767 aircraft, that sure makes them unique I would say...

But my all time favorite colour scheme on the 767 would be the United Battleship colors & the BA Landor colors as runner-ups...

Aer Lingus has got to be up there as one of the more striking liveries-deffo not euro white -that is for sure !!!
Air NZ -with the wave pattern on fuselage all a contender.

That is probably the only 767 I'd like in my collection (besides a Piedmont 767-200, but I have it because I worked for Piedmont), but that is only because it's Disney. ha ha! Otherwise, I've not been much of a fan of the 767.

The old or new livery..?

I also love the 'classic' AA colors on the 767 but I would rate it third place after the United Battleship colors & Delta Widget...

Almost. But not quite...

Other than BA's 28 RR 767s, the only other airline to order a RR 767 was China Yunnan Airlines, the livery of which is also quite a looker, don't you think:

China Yunnan operated a total of 3 of them.

The only other liveries to grace the RR 767 were Qantas, as BA sent them over a few to allow them to expand while they were waiting for their own orders back when the two airlines were closely linked, and China Eastern, who bought China Yunnan.

And whats not to love about this China Eastern livery...

Personally I think that the Rolls Royce engined 767s looked much cooler than their American engined sisters, and their rarity makes them something special to me. If someone releases a RR 767, I for one would buy BA Landor, Union Flag and both Chinese birds without a doubt!!!
