Default starjets 1/200 Boeing 757-200

Hi guys, i'm new here and dont know if this has been asked before but i am in hope that somebody can help or point me in the right direction. I have just ordered a starjets Air2000 757-200. A good model it looks too. However, it is non-winglet fitted and i am wondering, is there a kit to make it winglet fitted, i:e parts i can add? I am hopeful somebody can help. Thanks in advance.

You can email and ask these guys: Wings & Winglets

They have it in 1/144 scale but may have it in 1/200 scale too. I think you'll have to use putty and sand and paint it to get a proper finish

How different are the 767 and 757 winglets? They have the 767 winglets in 1/200 scale

I think the 767 winglets are far far bigger.

Thing is this. I have a thompson desktop model which has winglets but until i get my starjets 752, i may have to attempt a bit of surgery.

All the starjet 200 757's were produced before winglets were fitted to 757's.
The real air2000 was never winglet equipped.
Note only problem on this particular starjets is the registration is in "Chinese" font.

Hello,
I added these winglets on this B727-200. I don't think this model would ever be produced in 1/200. So I did it my self. It may not be perfect but I'm happy with it. So they can be added with a little sanding, putty, and glue.

That looks awesome!!! I never saw 727's in service but 757's are my fave narrow body. All i can do is give it a go. I have found someone who does winglets for 75's. If sucessful i will post pictures. Once again a quality model.

Yes a lovely model especially given their relative low cost. Far better than the gawd awful plastic TOM premier portfolio 757!
