Too bad the A330 mold is not improving at all.. Those nose gear always remains too bulky along with the nose gear door, and the wings also look too high. The engines are the wrong shape and are too small.

It is always the nose gear puts me off from buying any A330/A340s models.

That's the worst part of all the issues. The new A345 doesn't seem to have this problem, why can't they just work off from that mold to make the A330 look accurate... This is why I find Eagle (Phoenix) have the edge on the A330 models, the overall shape and parameters are more appealing.

EEEK!!! Amazing how we all see different things. I think the Phoenix mould is terrible. I have the Etihad Manchester and would have sent it back if it weren't for the only one on the market.

These Cathay models are very nice. Wish I could get both. But other priorities are already on my list.

Look how round the nose shape is, looks almost like a E190!

Before it was revised everyone was complaining it was too pointy. Now it's too round. Look fine to me.

A valid question here as JC now offers gear up options. Is this not available on the A330-300? All these photos are gears down even on the display stand. Any ideas ?

The current A330/A340 mould does not allow for removable gear at this time. So these models are all fixed gear.

Would be better with magnetic gears. It's time the A330 gets the same treatment

The A340-500, does, however, feature the removable landing gear setup..
