I love this livery. This is a 'must have' for me.

Reminds me of one of the few (only?) hijackings that El Al had. It was Sept. 6th 1970 and an El Al 707 Flight 219 from Amsterdam to New York that had originated in Tel Aviv., but not sure which aircraft (I think it would have had to be a turbojet -320) or registration number. 2 PFLP hijackers threatening the passengers with hand guns. The Captain turned on the 'seat belt' sign, then snap rolled the 707. The passengers who were belted in stayed in their seats but the hijackers who were standing went flying. As the aircraft righted itself, one of the hijackers was shot to death by a plain clothes security agent and the other was subdued by the passengers. The only fatality was the one hijacker.

I think 2 El Al 720s are being made. I wonder if the other one is a turbojet 720?

Looks like both El Al 720s will be the 'B' model with 'fanjet' or 'turbofan' engines.

Yes Charlie Alpha both EL AL 720 were 720B . One of them was damaged at ZRH in February 1969 .

I ordered both. There's a MAOF on the horizon as well.
