Default Hints for gj oct 2015

Well we have turned into Fall in the North and Spring rains eternal in the South. Hints for the October 2015 GJ releases. We have 15 releases
this month, 8 in 1/400 scale, 7 in 1/200. No Emirates either! But you Canadians, Aussies and Europeans will be very happy.

1/200 scale
#1) This stretched 8 looks really great, especially in Delhi and Dubai as of late.
#2) This CRJ no longer sports Grey, but can now be seen anywhere from Dallas to Monterrey.
#3) This Airbus twin might one day be hauling freight, especially since it has increased weight.
#4) As Bobby Di Nero once said, no Little Fokkers sitting on the bed.
#5) The first of its kind, its eyes under cover, should we alert Danny Glover.
#6) This Douglas Classic was always mighty fine, especially when its down as the Baby Nine.
#7) This one looks great from afar, especially close up you see the Scimitar.

1/400 scale
#1) If you love your Maple and your bacon too, this one is Canadian times 2.
#2) This Junior Jungle Jet is now shiny and bright, its flag will wave through out the night.
#3) If its good enough for the Pope, its good enough for you, its glimmering new paint really shines through.
#4) You Prop fans will really like this, especially polished up it seems like it could hiss.
#5) A Classic giant is starting to disappear, catch them now before they are really rare.
#6) Blue on blue it really looks great, especially when sitting on this version of the 8.
#7) From Honolulu to London, you will certainly fly with glee, but this beauty has new colors for a seven sixty three.
#8) One more to add before we are done, you Aussie fans are sure to have fun.

First one could be Air India 787-9? Did they order the 9 variant?

#2) This CRJ no longer sports Grey, but can now be seen anywhere from Dallas to Monterrey.

I think it was mentioned above by someone else as well, but I'm going to say American Eagle (Operated by Mesa Airlines) Canadair CRJ-900 on this one. They are running almost all of the flights for American from Dallas to Monterrey now.

The CRJ has to be United. No longer in battleship grey. I would still call the new American Eagle colour grey. Unless they mean something else by Grey. They did capitalize it...

A C-5 in 1/200 would be an impressive (and very heavy) model.

firstly let me say I have never been good on these GJ posts
The only options I see out of these clues for Aussie VH releases are 4 or 5
# 5 is the new mould JC/GJ B717 Qantas link or Jetstar or my other guess would be
Qantas new Fokker #4 pictured below

I've come to notice over time while doing these hints that sometimes every clue in the hint isn't always exactly what it seems to be. The grey part of the clue did make me wonder at first, but aside from that the rest of the clue screams American Eagle CRJ-900. Sometimes I think these clues get certain wording just so they rhyme. The only way I'd want this model in United colors is if it was in the battleship livery. So I have to hope it's American, as if it is indeed United it isn't the battleship livery, and they have already done the 700 in the shades of blue livery, and I hate hate hate the new UA/CO merger disaster livery.

Id sooner see a Delta A330-200 than the -300... already have the original -300 and there arent any real visual differences between the regular and the HGW as far as i know apart from different engines... will have to consider whether to purchase or not... probably will... but I do hope to see a DL -200

Delta A330 HGW

#7) From Honolulu to London, you will certainly fly with glee, but this beauty has new colors for a seven sixty three.

I'm guessing it's the new WestJet 763W! Too bad it's 1/400! Hope they can release a WestJet 763W in 1/200 in November or in the near future!

Gemini, you can do this!

This looks more grey than white to me....maybe call it an off white or creme. But could be called grey by some I guess.

Yep, still patiently waiting for the LH 748... The months are passing by though and still no news... Still awaiting approval?

Not really hoping for anything. Just think it's most likely an American than a United. Who knows...we shall see soon.
