Shot a few more pics from the new aapron plates from Herpa. On the tarmac this time: Delta airlines (modern). Hope you enjoy!

Nice work Baerke! The apron plates really look good, as are the Delta airliners. This is definitively something more than just displaying planes on a shelf (like I do).

Is the B747 in the background a Herpa? It does look good (although I am no big fan of their current mold).

Looking for more pictures with other fleets!

Does the plates come with 2 different sets or you purchased 2 identical ones (with each plate feature 2 different design on front and back)?

Thank you guys! The 744 is indeed a herpa, was the only delta 744 wich I could get at the time. The mold isnt that good but the delta col. make it better!

The plates are two different ones that come in one package and are made not of cardboard but some sort of thick plastic. Very sturdy and nice printing. Very nice from herpa, a real nice addition to the collection and they are gonna bring more of these in the future.

Next time Lufthansa.

The plates look nicely done but too small! I dislike how the rear end of even the MD-80 is surpassing the platform...

I was thinking the exact same thing but nonetheless it's a nicely done Diorama of the Delta birds...

Yes that is correct indeed. But maybe the next release of aapron plates fit these and it's all gonna be a big puzzle in the future!

Great set up... I hope Herpa release more of the ground mats, i was considering getting some of these but as mentions, they seem a little bit too small and cramped to fit aircraft on fully... would be great if they did a few gates with an airbridge and terminal fascade...

I think that we will see a lot more airport plates and gse in the future from herpa. If you look at all the stuff they make in 1:500, it will be only a matter of time..
