Very beautiful collection Sergio, I'm in love with your 1:100 Martinair MD-11!

She flew me to the beaches of Miami & Aruba...

Hi! I have a Hogan 747-8i with flexed wings in the red Boeing livery. It is a 1/200 scale model. I think it's the same as yours except yours has a wood stand, and mine has a plastic one.

The KLM MD-11... great. I love MD-11's. Their awesome, and they look cool since they have a "special" tail engine.

On the attachment, sorry for the bad quality of the photo. It was taken from my computer's camera. I didn't want to take it from my camera, because the camera takes a loooong time to get the picture on my computer. You can see some of my other models in the background of the pic.

I have a Air Canada 777-300er in 1/200. I hope to get more 777's soon. I like them because with only 2 huge engines they can carry about 300 passengers! The engines are as big as the width of a 737's fuselage!

Hello Sergio! Yes, I have pictures of the model. It is a Skymarks 1/200, and I know Skymarks is bad, but since it was the second in my collection, I didn't really know what brands were good, and what brands weren't.

The first picture is the entire model.
The second picture is the profile/nose view.
The third is showing how big the engines are.
The fourth is the tail and horizontal stabilizers.
The fifth is the landing and nose view.

Enjoy!

Hello Daniel,

Thanks for your pictures. Your model looks nice ...I am actually astonished by the asking price on ebay for the JC Wings version of this model. If I would have a Air Canada 777-300 I would then like to go for the special theme as indicated in the picture...

Happy collecting Cheeriooo

Nice collection of your new acquisitions Sergio,

Dust cleaning must be a nightmare with exposed shelves, without damage to the models or knocking off antennae or under carriage if applicable with your diecast models (1/100 different). I expect you are methodical and do that weekly with care. Nice collection. I am also heading down the path of your photo #2. Thank you

Thanks Aussie......yes cleaning does give some headache but I have kind of like a dust buster and lightly dust over the models on a weekly base. Once every 2 months I clean the models with a moist cloth soaked in a little hot water and also clean the shelves. The models behind the glass I don't have to clean that often only once a year.

Keep on collecting with pleasure enjoyyyyyy

You too, enjoying your post as I have similar interest in your second photo shelf to collect seriously.

I cant see any models behind the glass though. What treasures you got in there?

Hello Sergio,

I took this picture with my good camera for you. It's the size comparison between the General Electric GE90, which is the 777-300ER's engines and the 737-700W fuselage. It's between my AC 777-300ER 1/200 model and my WestJet 737-700W 1/200 model.

Happy Collecting!

Happy Collecting!

Keep on collecting with pleasure enjoyyyyyy

You too, enjoying your post as I have similar interest in your second photo shelf to collect seriously.

I cant see any models behind the glass though. What treasures you got in there?
