Saw this one in Amsterdam on July 12 and recorded the landing with my videocamera early in the morning. I'm eagerly awaiting it to arrive at my local retailer!

Hi Marcus, are those new engine pylons? It looks like they have that tiny step at the leading edge of the wing as compared with the old JC CX 777-300ER. And engines?

Love the level of detail on this model!
Thanks

light blue for this one ! nice
but I think that the nose line is not necessary, it is not as visible on the real thing

It'll look super sitting next to my other CX 773's.. Now I just need to work on my 773/772 ratio(which is 4:0)!

edit: make that 5:0..forgot about the Oneworld..

You have very good observation. The Cathay colors are quite accurate on this release.

yes, I might buy this one due to this nice blue even if I got the previous release
I am also wondering why the SIA is so delayed ... As a great fan of SIA I need the legendary b777-300er

I agree. The radome 'line' is a nice feature and I think it adds a lot to the model. I hope it will be standard on ALL JCW releases.

I doubt if the line is that much 'out of scale', but even if it is, it is a nice detail and well worth the effort. Anyway, if you don't like the radome 'line' I think you are out of luck. Both JCW AND InFlight seem to be adding this detail to their models and I think it will be popular with most collectors.
