That is some of the worst feedback I've ever seen, and I've never seen someone with that many sales with only 95% positive rating(more like 92% when you count neutrals). It boggles my mind what ebay lets power sellers get away with. There is no way that a small time seller would be allowed to keep selling with an 8% defect rate.

Makes you wonder why any sane buyer would consider working withe this seller. Talk about rolling the dice...

well at least he didn't have models on those stands and put a "models not included" fine print in the item description...

may not post to U.K either!! guess 'I'm out' too!! seriously 97 negative feedback in last 12 months!!! yet his seller ratings are 4.7 or above. only if they fall below 4.4 do ebay take action I believe.

What I find pretty interesting is that this seller states that they are located in New Jersey, USA, but they will only ship the items to Australia..... This item says that "May not post to United States" as well. This seems pretty suspicious to me, not to mention as I stated above that the price is crazy....

It's all about defects now, I don't think the stars will get sellers kicked anymore. However... all neutrals, negatives, cancelled sales, cases opened, seller ratings of less than 3 on item as described and 1 on shipping time all create defects. If I had to guess, this cat is nearing 10% and the threshold for going "below standard" is 5%. If ebay applied the same rules to power sellers that they do small time sellers, this seller would be toast......but he is a power seller and those guys make $$$ for ebay even though they drive away buyers.

"May not post to United States - Read item description or contact seller for postage options"

This guy really has no idea what he's doing. He has all the countries checked off in his exlusions so he doesnt ship anywhere. Lucky for us...
