Thanks for sharing the pics! No offense, I think the RR engines cones' stripe(the indicator of the engines, not sure about the name of it) are kind of strange in my opinion. I might be wrong though.

The model looks nice!! Paint and window line all look good to me on first inspection. It also looks like IF has started painting their engine fan blades and fan nose cone, a BIG improvement on the previous bright silver blades and cone. Other than that, a standard InFlight 747-400, just like many others in my collection.

I have this one on pre-order too so don't hop all over me, but there are a few things that could be improved though IMHO. I don't like the silver wheel hubs. They were ok when this dated mold first appeared years ago, but they now look too toy like. The Rolls Royce engines could use an update too. They give an idea of the Rolls Royce engines, but they should taper more to the rear of the engine to be strictly accurate. And the wing to fuselage joint needs to be redone. I don't think it has ever been one of this mold's strong points, and looks really outdated at this point. One thing that is not mentioned much is the short nose gear causing the model to sit with its arse in the air. That would be easy to fix, but hasn't been so far.

That being said, I will welcome this model into my collection to sit next to its regular livery sister, and my AWC and regular livery 777-300ERs. It should make a nice display.

I have this model too, very satisfied with it. Not perfect but very nicely done by IF.

The name as below from CFM. Sorry but I can't see a RR engine on this model...

changing the angle of the pylons could be an idea too but I am not an expert on RR engines lol (I do not like the RR on 747, but this is my personal preference)
but this CX livery suits perfectly this queen a great model in any collection

The shape of the inner pylons are off. They should have a slight 'hump' toward the front just before they end.
