Some massive bargains to be had, IF200 DC-10s for £55, and other big prices slashed...including a AV200 Cathay 747 which I didn't realise were still available anywhere other than rip-off-bay!

Managed to pick up Singapore Airlines ‘The 1000th Production 747 Jumbo’*and Airbus A340-313 G-VFAR Virgin Atlantic Airways......that will do me for today
Sweet dude, I secured the other 1000th and a CX 742, hope it was the 2nd release, was hard to tell with the pics but I took the gamble along with my CW F-14 from Nortons its defo been a weekend hit haha!

mmmm if you and mr angry have ordered both SIA 747 1000th, then why does it still say 2 STILL available????
I must have netted one...I got the confirmation dispatch message today. I am pretty chuffed now as I've built a wee fleet of SQ 744s now. Chuffed I got a CX 742 too as I have a 743 and will get the JCW 744 when it comes out, make a cool trio.

This sale was going on for a couple of weeks now. I was thinking about getting the Lufthansa DC-10 but debating it for to long because of the high shipping costs and the week euro and now they're sold out. I managed to get some pretty good deals on military jets at the beginning of their sale a couple of month back though.

Hmmm, seems strange that...I only put my order in on Saturday, and I'm guessing the store was manned, and I got a confirmation email yesterday too - but maybe this was just an auto response...just have to wait and see, tomorrow I might get a refund notification...though, if Mr Angry has had a refund notification, and I haven't, I'd hazard a guess I've gotten it. I don't know why you didn't secure one if you ordered it weeks ago...I'll let you know the score when I find out mate. Model or refund...bit of excitement next week lol.
As for the website indicating 2 copies still available, guess their website doesn't have very good tallying software, if at all and relies on manual updates...although there have been drastic alterations since I was on a couple of days ago...almost no aircraft left now - no DC-10s at all now...though strangely 2 x SQ 744s amongst the remaining??!!

We are currently in the process of transferring the website to the new owner and although we had hoped that this work would have been completed by now, this has not proved to be the case. We offered our remaining stocks at really attractive prices and as a consequence, many of these models sold our really quickly. I received my SQ '1000th 747' 9V-SMU yesterday, must have snagged the last one...sorry lads. :/
I also got the CX 742 VR-HKG, it is the initial release with the non-bold typeface and funny looking wheels, but I am not too worried seen as it was effectively half price. I'll post some pictures later.
