Gemini hints april 2015
Time to bring back a blast from the past, hints or clues to the new Gemini
releases.
The Month of April dons with the Spring. There will be 17 new releases for April,
10 400 scale, 6 200 scale and 1 72 scale.
In 400 scale the challenges are many, for there are people who don't want another penny.
This small little jet first peaked out in print, now it is time to deduct from the rent.
Its Big brother also appears, its shiny new colors not in arrears.
Another Blue beast tis time shall appear, its triple new numbers added with L & ere.
A duo of planes of Polter der bahn, their colours are lively but one since has gone.
The stripes of this plane always come true, for skies come yonder straight from the Blue.
A cricket fan you will always may be, but Jimmeny's other is not a triple times 3.
The plane just screams out, come look at me, for you will not miss it, even at sea.
It has once been said that things are bigger down here, you will not miss this flag that appears.
The 200 scale are always a plus, for this is the first time you will see this dang bus.
A trail of Green also comes true, but for it appears, like 1962.
Your I phone you purchased is definitely not free, but it may have traveled from Shanghai to Kankakee.
Across deep oceans you are certain to travel, this pretty white bird looks good, even on gravel.
A pretty new paint, this bird does show forth, its easy to find, especially in the North.
Alas, a mad dog is getting rarer to find, but this one will hopefully give you piece of mind.
In 1/72, you use this to train, for one day you hope to fly jets in the rain.
Umm why would it obviously be the A350? It said new to 200 scale, could very likely be an A346.
They posted pictures of the Vietnam A350 that they will be doing on their Facebook page a little bit ago.

As announced on Gemini's Facebook page, one of the 1/200 scale should be the KLM 'New Colors' (dolphin livery?) 777-300ER.
But which clue?
In my 1/200 'Gemini April Release' thread, Rod also said "This months GJ will consist of klm, delta, emirates, united, hawaiian and AA", so that should narrow it down some. But which aircraft go with which airline?
KLM is the NC 777-300ER
the 'Mad Dog, I bet is another AA MD-83. Or maybe it is Delta.
But I bet the Delta is the 'bird flying from Shanghai to Kankakee'.
'Pretty white bird looking good' is probably the Emirates Airbus something.
That leaves the Hawaiian and United. Did Hawaiian ever have a green livery, or fly an A340?

I'm not sure we will see the KLM 777 in April. Yes, they have announced it's coming, but they have been dropping hints of releases lately and they don't necessarily end up in the next month releases. The Virgin 787 and Etihad A380 models were announced a few months before they were actually out. And so was the Air China 747-8. Not out yet, but announced.

Is there any update on the Air China 747-8? It was announced back in January that it would be released in April/May. Here's hoping that it's released really soon or any 747-8i for that matter!

Gemini announced the KLM NC 777-300ER as an April release on their Facebook page, the only one of the 3 (Vietnam Airlines, KLM 777, and LH 747-8I) that showed an April release. But the way things have gone in the past, they may not mean April of this year!!
They had a drawing of the Air China 747-8i also, but no release date. Sorry
This is in no way a advertisement, etc. But the British Airways Cargo 747-8 showed up on diecastairplane.com pre order portion on the main page with availability in May. 1/200 scale.
Emirates don't or did not operate any A346s. They do however operate A345s which I'm crossing my fingers for to be released from Gemini in the coming weeks!
I'm wondering on the first hint for the bus is a A340-600? It says this is the first time we will see this "dang bus".
On the tail of green and appears like 1962, really hoping that is a Buffalo Electra L-188.
Maybe the Shanghai clue is a Air China 747-8i?
I'm thinking it's an A310 as they have yet to do one of those in 1/200. 346 would be nice depending on livery but we already have A340's so I am thinking it will be the A310, which is a nice plane too

Since when does DL fly China to Illinois. They don't.
Hawaiian never had either of those.

Didn't make sense to me either. Which of the listed airlines does fly from China to Illinois, any? Because there doesn't seem to be a match unless the list of airlines isn't accurate of was changed?
