A few days back JC announced a Cathay 744, with a hybrid old scheme livery (leased from ANZ). Well they have now also announced a release of the proper green cheatline livery too, reg VR-HOP. This bird is my holy grail!

There's only been a few pictures of the prototype, a lot of excitement though which hopefully doesn't turn out to be hype. The SQ Tropical 744s (under bbox guise) are the first releases under the JC mould, due in the next month.

They announced this model on their Facebook page along with a lot of other releases. I assume it will be a regular release just like their other models. So I'm sure plenty to go around.
It is great news for everyone who missed out on the original VR-HOT special release, plus this model will likely supersede that model as it will have a real polished belly.

Well I hope whatever reg they release, it's the same scheme as shown above in this thread. I love those green stripes across the engines, totally adds to the model!
