Default 1:200 arrivals mostly customs!

These models are not mine but I was at my friends yesterday to collect the 2 B747s to put up for sale and he asked me to post up some pictures of his latest arrivals since he last posted a few years ago now
He asked me to do it as he is not as good with technology whereas I may be better
My friend tries to get a custom model of all aircrafts he is flown on whether it just be a change in registration or a full colour scheme change
So here goes

Custom Swissair DC-10

Custom Malaysian B747-300 old colours

Custom Air Pacific B747-100 from Qantas

Custom Philippines B747-200 old colours

Rest to follow

I'm pretty sure those are decals because of how the windows have shades and variation in the colors.

Total agreed!

If only one of these were real factory-made, instead of customs (one day, one day lol!) But excellent job anyway Callum!

Just goes to show us there are a lot more models for Aviation200 BBox, Inflight & JC to do! I like them all especially all the 747-3's all of them, to pick one of these models I would get in a heart beat though, would be AIR PACIFIC in either rego EI-CAI, but would prefer VH-EEI.

In actual fact this airframe Boeing 747-123 c/n 20108-87 has an interesting history. First delivered to AA N9669 until service ended then operated it's first revenue service with Highland Express as (ex N14939) G-HIHO "Highlander" for a very short time (as robertjon said), Then leased to Qantas and painted in Air Pacific Colours and named "Island of Viti Levu" and then sub-leased Aer Lingus as EI-CAI still in Air Pacific Colours unitl then sold to Virgin Atlantic G-VMIA "Spirt of Sir Freddie" until scrapped in 2000. What an interesting life!

Thanks for posting on the owner's behalf Callum. What a great collection

I'm guessing most of these are Small World.

I have a Small World JAL 747-346 and it looks identical to the one in the photo (except mine is JA8166). The passenger windows which are shaded are the same. I have a few Small World DC-10's and all the windows also look identical.

Great collection pictures on PhotoBucket. I love the British Caledonian 747, which definitely looks like a Small World. I did not think there were too many of them around..
