Default Air Canada B77W

Hi Everyone
I have always loved the new B77W Air Canada livery and noticed that there was one done by JC Wings.
The only problem was that I have read about the size of the engines being not right and the front landing gear being all wrong somehow.
Is that really the case, are these things that noticeable?
I would love one but would hate it if I bought one second hand and if just looked plain silly.
Does anyone who has one or has seen one in the flesh care to comment?
Cheers
Tim

It's done by GeminiJets and has super small engines, tilted rear landing gears and some other minor issues. After reading up on it I made sure not to get this model. I can pount where to get one if you want it anyways.

The criticisms are true. All the 777-300 that were first made whether JC or Gemini (I think they were all from the same factory) have the wrong engines and the back landing gears are wrong. But all-in-all, I really love this model and I'm glad I have it.

Also, the real triple seven's windows aren't opaque. The doors don't even open on this model and I'm not convinced that the real plane has plastic landing gear either. Then again, it is just a model.

Well guys and yes YOU too Mr. T7 and me included, we love our Gemini Air Canada Tripple 7 and I will never give mine up. BUT truth be told and lets leave the extreme analogy about the plastic gear etc etc out of this. We do indeed like our models to look as close as possible to the real deal and with as little flaws as possible. We go on about this in this forum day in and day out. And I am sure the majority here have seen improvements to the current Tripple 7 as compared to the original mould rolled out by Gemini and JCWings. Gear was corrected as evidenced by T7_4ever's photos of the latest Cathay 777 and so was the engine. That said, I do like my original Air Canada 777, I, too am fine with it, and it is in my collection to stay. Please see the following thread showing Gemini's Air Canada 777-300, the very aircraft that is the topic of this thread, as compared to the new and improved 777-300.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
Given I am just starting with my collection, I think I will wait to see if there are more done at some time in the future with slightly more accuracy.
Its a risk of course but given the models I have purchased so far, I may as well stay with something a bit closer to correct - as much as it pains me.
Cheers

Just to add my two cents, I have this model too and I love the Arctic blue colour. I'm very happy with it and really glad to have it in my collection.
