Can we have visual confirmation, at least? This has been the talk of the town for the longest time ever..

If the Hobbit jet gets the proper GE-90 engine, I'm super sold!

Sorry for the typing error, I was meant to say "the talk of the town"

Anyway, thanks for the response. It does give some assurance but I'm very eager to see the outcome, and Marcus, hurry up with the photos hehe

Hi:

Well, about those models and after speaking with someone who works inside AeroMexico base, I can say and confirm what other members have said about these 2 B767's.

1) XA-EAP is totally correct but that bird doesn't fly anymore for AeroMexico.

2) XA-EAT, as other members already said, the registration doesn't exist and there is no B767-200 in the world that uses winglets. So, this might be announced as B767-300 and the correct registration must be XA-MAT.

I hope JC is considering making AMX's B787 N961AM and B767-200 XA-JBC "Skyteam", both are in my wishlist.

Cheers!!!

Some nice releases here and surely I will grab a few if I can. One question I have for the Hobbit Release would be if that is expected on time because many of us are still waiting for the Turkish Airlines FC Barcelona release where some have made pre-payments already and still waiting for ages... Do you guys think the Hobbit will be "on time"?. Will that be a sell out like the All Blacks Release from last year? Cheers

Yes you are right. There is a typo in the list. The registrations on the AeroMexico models should be XA-EAP and XA-MAT.

Presumably having new GE90 mould means GJ and Sovereign etc have access to it as well as JC Wings.

Please don't do any more Cathays until you fix the GE90s Willy - a "proper" AWC Cathay 77W would be the crown jewel of my collection. Normal livery 77W too.

I can only tell at this stage, that you guys will see a completely upgraded 777 mould, including the body and the engines.

I wonder the same thing. IF the TK FC Barcelona ends up being with the revised 777 mold, I would say the wait will be worth it

Can anyone compare the JC 737-800 with the AV200?
I skipped over a few AV200 738s .. and the blank JC could be an opportunity to create some more accurate customs?

I think the JC wings B737-800 is the sameness gemini which is the better mould

Sounds amazing. Genuinely excited! Guess the first GJ model on the mould will be the American Airlines 77W.

Saw it in a dream so it must be true!

That's awesome news, Willy! This made my day! I know this might be too much to ask, but can we expect to see an improved landing gears (especially MLG) on the new 777 mould? Perhaps something as detailed and sturdy as the 767 ones..

Would the landing gear on the new B777 mould be the same or also be improved as good as the one on A380s?

As far as I know they shouldn't be. For JCW I have so far only heard of the newer A380 models having removable wheels. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You are correct, all models have fixed wheels except the new SQ A380 has removable wheels.

Not for me to post the picture but I have seen a photo of the forthcoming ANZ 777 'Hobbit' & can confirm it has a removable undercarriage like the latest A380 from JCW

I'm no expert on engine shape but from the one & only photo I can say the model looks fantastic & I imagine it will sell like hot cakes.

I must say this is a sensible step forward for 1:200 manufacturers, something the 1:72 collectors (such as myself) have enjoyed for years & a display with models on their stands & 'gear up' is a nice way to show off one's collection.

Hope Willy can post his piccies here sooner rather than later!!
