Everytime I have been to Tai Yeun Street I always find 1;500 models like Star Jets - picked up a TWA 741 for about USD5.00!!! Thats the cheapest model ever!!!
So can you shed some light on what they actually had there - out of interest as its a very interesting area for shops especially if your into model cars!!!!!
For those who dont know - Tai Yuen Street is a backstreet in Hong Kong on the Central side that is similar to a market but has a section of street devoted to toys and hobbies. Their are a few shops that stock model cars, planes etc and you can find some bargain stuff there BUT model aircraft are a little hit and miss so its nothing in comparison to West Main Toys or Toymax who both have brilliant collections etc etc.
Well worth the 10min walk from the Star Ferry....
