As a collector of A&A models; I am horrified by that pic! Sorry to see that your model has been damaged. Did you recently purchase this model or has it been stored away?

Again, that is a nightmare for any collector! T7

Looks like they assembled the model upside-down.

I now understand how this 'damage' came about. I'm sorry to hear that your repair job didn't work out for you. I wish you all the best with your 'Wanted' thread for a G200 AA B757-200. T7

Hi

This can be fully repaired if you know how to work with model paint. Tell me what material it is and I will see if I can repair it for you. I have 40 year experience in model making and have placed at local and regional model contests. DP

Jetblue, you're good to go! you just need to find a RR logo to slap on the side of that engine nacelle... Dai Phan is a good man!

I cringed at the sight of that picture and the fact that it happened to an AA 752.

Though a bit late I'm afraid, if this ever ever happens to any AA collector, instead of using either version of "crazy glue" or 'super glue" that is a recipe for disaster. That kind of glue will ivevitably marr the paint or worse! You'll be on the safe side if you stick to wood glue or even white Elmer's glue if your models will be safely displayed on a case or cabinet.

For a minute I thought this was a collector from "down under" given that the pic appears upside down in the northern hemisphere ....

Oh ... Never mind ...

Looking at the photo, I see the rest of the model is not in good condition. If the rest is fine except the engine, I can restore it to brand new condition (you need to do both to match). If the model overall is in bad shape, it is not worth it to restore the engine. Please post a more detailed picture of the plane and damaged engine. DP
