Jetwings made one twenty years ago sold thru the now famous defunct collectors aircraft models U.K.

I had the Spantax version and Cathay 880...made from very soft metal and subject to wing warp in time...

And their dubious accuracy.

Great link!

Regretfully, these models seem to be entry class despite the antennas and static dischargers being present. I cannot tell if the basic shape is correct, but engine nacelles, landing gear doors etc. are off.

Nice price tags.

Bader's Delta 880 is mine (the first plane I ever flew on, in 1960). Not only is the shape off, it's too large (scales out to about 1:180). I also got the 367-80 and XB-52 from Bader. All these are problematic, but still, the only way to get one. Beautifully finished, but all the coats of paint fatten a model at 1:200.

Here is the JetWings 990 AA:

I didn't buy it when it was available at CAM, today, I regret.
That day, I made another choice, I bought the blue Braniff DC 8 produced by JetWings.
Very nice, the curvature of the wing under its own weight is much better than the Inflight model.

Very relevant I'd say; but I want SAS and Swissair 990's and willing to pay £130-ish. I reckon there should be 880 & 990 out before long even if they are re-hashed and tweaked models from the past.
