Default Small repair on AV200 757?

Hi y'all!

My AV200 Iberia 757 arrived with its stabilizers all shed. I think the AV200 boxes for smaller a/c - A321, 757 - are no good protection because the box is too thin to prevent the to halves of styrofoam from moving a lot. Gemini 200 757 boxes are sturdier.

That said, the vertical stabilizer has some paint chipped off at the base and unfortunately that can be seen after reinserting the stabilizer into its hole.

Any suggestions how to fix this cosmetically? What white paint I could maybe use to hide it?

Cheers,
Ben

mask off any coloured areas of the logo with masking tape, and a very light quick spray with some gloss white paint will do it, alternatively hand paint in white, but only if your confident you can get a consistent finish.

Hey Istari,

thanks for the hint. Do you use special modeling spray paint or will normal one do as well?

Cheers,
Ben

Krylon gloss white is a great place to start. It dries quick and the white is very bright. It's what i use.
