On this particular aircraft, the flaps are articulated BELOW the trailing edge of the wings.
These flaps are called Junker flaps.
At this scale, the result is not so bad.

I am very tempted by this little model.
What kind of printing is it ? Tampoo or decals ?
May I have the name of your retailer ?

Very nice pictures, thank you for sharing.

Here's my pretty awfully painted JU52 made by Zevezda in 1:200. The kit is dirt cheap (about £5)

It's not that bad. Something most people forget, many aircraft were painted in the field and some paint jobs were pretty atrocious. But in combat, nobody cares.

I've got it through Aviation Center Berlin (together with my bew Delta 767): Flugzeugmodelle, Modelle, Flugzeuge, Hubschrauber, Zeppelin, Luftfahrt, Aviation, Sammler, Modellflugzeuge, Modellhubschrauber

Everything is pad printed - no decals. Please keep in mind: The radial engines, blade tips, and wheels have been painted by me. I also applied a simple oil wash to emphasize the Junkers Flaps and the engines.

Here's a pic taken when it was delivered, before being detailed by me:

You did a very nice job !

I already worked with ACB in the past, they are very efficient.

Thank you for the information.
