some of you might remember my thread with my self build GSE from metal etched parts.
I always had many people approaching me, asking if I have some for sale, but I could never meet the demand.
However, I teamed up with a friend from China, who would like to produce them for a reasonable price there.
We would like to start with airstairs, as most people were asking for these.
Attached see some photos of our two prototypes. I'm posting these pictures to get some feedback. The final product will be slightly modified and there is still room for improvement and your whishes.
Both types are retractable. They will be able to cover any aircraft starting from the A320 series up to the rear door of a B747/A380 etc.

Look great! if cheaper than Herpa style sets id be aaaall over them
Well, we are looking to make a hand-crafted high-end model. One thing I can say, we will not be able to beat the 15$ price of a rather low-end product of mass production. As great it would be, but that's not possible.

Anyone else for retros? We will consider that for the next step, as it wouldn't be too hard to derive a retro version from the current construction.

I will sure let everyone know how to order, when we are ready.
As for the price: we haven't made our calculations yet, so I cannot come around with an estimate yet.
It sure won't be as expensive as the sets I sold to a couple of forumers, that's not our treshold.
