Default 1:200 tui 737-800..

Does such a livery exist in Gemini/Inflight/JC or anyone else? I don't seem to recall one and searches online don't give up anything. I know there are lots of plastic models of this aircraft/livery available, but I'm wanting Diecast only and sorry to be a stickler, but it must be TUI, not Thomson.

Cheers.

JC Wings and Aviation 200 both have a special livery version for Haribo TUIFly.

The Aviation 200 is not the best mould.

Yeah I've seen those.. Perhaps I didn't make myself clear, I don't want any odd/limited liveries, just the standard one..

I'm surprised really. A big airline like that and the world's most common aircraft type and not a pairing from any of the diecast manufacturers??
Very strange..

Plastic. It has been made. I know you prefer diecast.

Hi Ryan, I have requested this model so many times, in 757, 737-800 and Max flavours but no success. again like you i am stunned it's not been done. If it does get done i really hope the colours are correct unlike the Thomson 787. TUI 787 was perfect.

It's not like TUI is the largest travel agency in Europe.

My thoughts exactly!! Utterly surprised. I'd be keen to have the 757 variant too.. It's funny, but the 1:400 and 1:500 clan seem to get these sort of liveries, I thought 1:200 was the most popular, makes sense that they make them for that market surely?

I actually have a Thomson 767-300 and have seen a Gemini Thomson 737-800 in 1:200, but it's not TUI.

I got tired of waiting for a Thomson 757 so i did my own custom, as well as a First Choice 767, i have the decals for a TUI 757 but i am not overly confident on producing the wave livery. i have put a request thread in 1:200 for TUI, i hope a few people jump on board.
1:400 is really well catered for, Easyjet is done to death and yet we have very little in 1:200.

I know, i struggled to find EasyJet G-EZAK ages ago, except in 1:400. I'll keep looking and live in hope. Glad to see I'm not the only one struggling to find them. Thought I was going mad! 😂

No mate, pretty much every collector on here goes through the same thing, we all have those models we really want. It can get really annoying especially when you contact a manufacturer and if you get a reply it's usually 'we will look into it' never 'yes this will be a future release' that would be nice.

Exactly.. Some sort of definite on their part would be good rather than a maybe. I wouldn't mind, but they already have the mould for this type of aircraft and the equipment to design this. A simple paint job and decals can't be that hard to implement. The way I see it, it'd be a good move for them because they'd be the only ones to create a diecast version so far, whereas all others are plastic or wood. Can they not see this gap in the market?? 😂
