Borderline dangerous flying? Although the airframe structure seems capable of such manoeuvres, if something did go wrong being so close the ground the pilot would have no chance for attempting a recovery.

No fuel, no cargo or pax, lots of thrust easy peasy so long as you keep above Vmc- remember the -80 was rolled. A400 and Herc as well.
