Already bought six tickets for a Pavilion table.

Last years was a nightmare with rain.

Ahhh yes, the Dayton Air Show.. Folks this air show is a bit scary at times I have lived in Dayton since 2000. Have been to three of the air shows. Very well done however two of the shows had fatalities which is so difficult to describe how sad if felt leaving each time.. I hope they are flying with the Angels.. I live three miles from the National Museum of The United States Air Force. Friends if there has ever been a time to travel to Dayton, Ohio it would be June 8 or after as the New Forth Building will open and what a great improvement the staff have done displaying the aircraft by era/conflict.. The Museum is free to tour and free parking there is security now with medal detector and bag inspection as well as an armed Military security. So please obey the signs upon entry in to the World Largest Military Aviation Museum..

Yes, we are all aware and must accept that fatalities can happen at Air Shows. I was at the CNE Toronto Air Show on Sept 2, 1995 and witnessed the tragic event below:

Sept. 2, 1995: Seven Royal Air Force crew members were killed when their plane stalled during a low altitude turn and crashed into Lake Ontario.

We appreciate the heads up on the USAF Museum, definite must for me and my family to check out this summer. Cheers! T7
