Default Singapore Airlines launches 'Scoot'

Featuring the ugliest livery and worst marketing spin I've ever heard. The CEO claims that it is "not an everyday airline name because this is not an everyday airline".

Thing is its a distinctive livery. Ok in 2D it looks poor and the writing juvenile, but in real life you certainly wont mistake their planes both on the ground and in the air, very noticeable, so I guess from a marketing point of view it would be a success.

Why does a airline like SIA need a budget baby, Wouldnt the budget arm just take passengers away from the main income airline

The rear of the livery looks good, they need to revise the front, and what a bad name to use. I was hoping my flag carrier could come up with something better given their status as a leading airline =x
