Default and the 3rd emergency of the day is...

So after the sad incident in Cuba and the 380 incident in Singapoure something happend in Mexico. Today a 737-200 from the airline Global Air made an emergency landing at Puerto Vallarta's International Airport. When the aircraft was preparing to land the pilot notice that the nose gear didn't came down, so after some minutes he decided to make an emergency landing without front gear. No one was injured.

WHOA!!!!!!!!!!!!

They better GROUND THEM SUCKERS before anyone gets killed!!!

That plane's fuel tank darn near could have exploded into a gigantic ball of flame ... they were so darn lucky to survive that IMHO ... WOW!!!

GROUND 'EM ALL NOW!!!

I don't think Boeing realizes how very CLOSE they came to a MAJOR ... and I mean MAJOR catastrophe!

Their were 69 lives onboard, and if that shrapnel had ruptured the fuel tank ... it would have been a disaster of EPIC proportions ...

We all know that some day, one of these planes is going to crash, inevitably ... and it's going to be a horrible situation. Just as many Boeing 747s have gone down in flames with many tens of passengers, the same will happen with the GuppyJet™ invariably ... I don't wish this on anyone ... but it's just a fact of statistic and gravitational force.

Thank God they survived this all unscathed ... someone was definitely watching out for them.

Scathing...

Seriously though, good to see another incident resolved without injury.

Dylan, your blowing a very minor issue way out of proportion. The crew trains for these situations and handled it in a very professional way. How can you speculate on what could have happened. What makes you think a stuck landing gear can blow up an airplane. You should not be expressing uneducated opinions about aircraft accidents in a discussion forum. You should keep these opinions to yourself IMHO.

Wait till Dylan sees this post. Oh wait, you are Dylan.

I rate this post + 3
I was hoping for more factual comments from the real "airline enthusiasts" that have posted in other threads rubbish press releases and then lenghty analysis about those same crap releases, but since it is not an Airbus landing gear this time, the only thing that's left for them is to comment with dismay about Dylan's reaction.
