Think that was on the Herpa mould which has the correct engine type for an original BA release. Just wish they'd do one... And yes, some of the old BA 757's were kept on the UK register after going to DHL, others went onto the Belgian and German divisions of DHL-Europe....

Which makes me wonder if G-BIKM was in fact the last aircraft delivered to BA in it's original livery ??? Hmmm....must get researching !

Acctually, it's not a Herpa, and i don't know hwo the manufacurer is. All i know is that it's made in China. But as they said on W900 most of the things in the world are.

I see G-CPET has finally made it across the atlantic into temporary storage at Victorville ahead of freighter conversion for a new life with Fed-Ex. New US reg applied too. Note the mismatched cowlings, I wonder what happened to the resprayed 'retro' cowling edge ?

Mine has pride of place on my tv cabinet, the 1:400 is on a shelf amongst my other Negus beauties.
