Default Movies with too many mistakes

Dont you hate movies where there are too many mistakes?
I was so p*ssed when I was watching the "Rugrats In Paris" and they were on the plane(With my little brother okay),the 747-200 was good looking on the outside but here are some mistakes:
1.When there in Economy(?) class the seats look too old fashined(They dont have PTV's and most airlines in the EU have PTVs in all classes).
2.When they say "angelica just sneaked behind that curtain" they show first class(or buisness) on the lower deck and it takes up like 1/2 of the lower deck, first or buisness is NOT this large because only executives and wealthy people can afford such service(and there arent too many of them).
3.When angellica says "Cookies are in the kitchen",I assume they are in the front lower deck, galleys are in the REAR lower deck(I anyalized the floor plan of a B747-200 full PAX),not the front.
4.When the landing gear pulls up the rods are painted red.
I think to minimize the need for excess lubrication and maintenence, they would NOT paint the landing gear.
5.i SAVED THE WORST MISTAKE FOR LAST:When the babies knock over baggage the oxegen masks drop down! THAT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN A LOSS OF OXEGEN BEGINS,also that only happens when there is a pump failure or a hole in the plane, and that only happed in our Buisness(or first)class. If that was real than the babies would have punched a hole in the 747-200,but they cant!!!! And wouldn't the oxegen masks go down in all classes, and the pilot would have performed an emergency landing thinking there was somthing wrong with the plane.

YOU THANK THAT WAS BAD!! CHECK OUT "TURBULENCE" OR "PANIC IN THE SKIES!"

Dude you really need a life. I can think of 1,000 things you should be more concerned about than the realistic depiction of an airplane in a Rugrat's movie.

Yeah...I gotta go with the herd on this one. How about mistakes with real movies...and real airplanes?

Agreed, to add, its a cartoon about BABIES for babies! If you are looking for aviation mistakes in cartoons, then Speed Racer is sorta one that comes to my mind. There was a episode where they were traviling to somewhere, and the plane they were on had all 4 or it's engines on backwards.

As for movies. There was a really bad made-for-TV movie made for ABC. It was about a plane that crashed after taking off in Wyoming, I forgot what it was called, I think it was "The crash of flight 832" or something like that. ANyways the mistakes were endless, they invented a new plane type for it too. The Watkins 110 (which according to the movie had capacity for 500 people I think.)

Let me talk about the most obvious errors.
On the takeoff scene, they show a 732 holding short of the runway, then they switch to the landing gear of a 757 lining up, then a 738 starting to roll. And if you think thats it, once the plane is in the air, it obviously shows that it is a WestJet 732 with a somewhat readable reg! (this movie had nothing to do with WestJet by the way.) Then they show the plane coming down to its final resting place something resembling a modern 737 with a red tail then coming down looking like it done a nose dive. When they show the crash scene, the nose and tail sections are in near perfect conditon and looked rather sliced. And the colors of the plane when they showed it crashing and when it was on the ground seemed to have switched from blue to red.

So the lesson I learned from this movie is that before a plane crashes, it changes form and colors in unusual ways.

Of course this TV movie is aimed at 40 something year old women who sit all day watching Lifetime and think that everything that goes into the skies, must come down....... Violently.
WATCH AIRPORT! NOW THATS A REAL GOOD AVIATION MOVIE RIGHT THERE!!!!!

Yeah, women are freakin' nuts. Good thing about those in their 40's is that many go absolutely nympho.

Passenger 57 has a lot of errors, like the film is backwards and writting is as if it were in a mirror image. You see this in the registration of the Bell Helicopter that leaves after the L1011 was hijacked, yet beats it to the destination and in the baggage bin numbers, in the fight scene in the belly of the plane. Another error is when they throw the dead passenger out of the L1 door, you can see the blue air cushion that the stuntman falls onto, reflected on the bare polished metal belly of the L1011.

.....lots of errors?

......many, many years ago a movie was made somewhere and shown in many movie theaters in Chile. This movie was about space exploration and intelligent life in the universe.
The name of the movie was 2001 Space Odyssey, great movie with a big mistake. darn fools filmed the whole movie in English. They tried to solve/fix the problem by typing subtittles in Spanish/Castilian language. If the producers knew that the movie was to be shown in countries such as Chile, Bolivia, Germany (few people know Spanish over there you knoW!!!)

Why this movie was not produced in our language?

If I want English language I could tour Broadway or check out a BBC documental at my local library.

Mistakes huh, i knew watching too much television would come in handy.

Charlies Angels: When LL CoolJ opens the door of the DC-10 at altititude and yet the onlypeople sucked out are LLCoolJ and the terrorist, and the plane still flies.

The Amazing race: The teams leave for there next deistination in on airline and in a specific plane and arrive nonstop on another airline and a different type of plane

How about after "Executive Decision" every movie and tv show using a 747 (i.e. JAG, LOST") uses the same darn Oceanic 747.

there a re more but I can't think of them right now

After watching "The Aviator", this thread came to mind. This post has nothing to do with "The Aviator", but with "Catch me if you can". First off when Leo and that FBI agent go back to New York, they are on a TWA 707 in the Double Stripe livery. I don't remember exactly, but they were on the plane back in 1969, wich would have ment that the 707 would have been in double globe livery, not in double stripe (which was introduced in 1976.) Another one was the quote that Leo says "thats La Guardia's runway 44." Which, obviously is wrong, since there are only 360 degrees in a compass.

I think I know who. Depends on if they painted the banjo fairings or left them bare-metal.
