What registration is this? Looks like a -300 (overwing door). But the usual retro 300ER does have a white fuselage and not grey. Is this a different retro?

It belongs to TAAG Angola..current color scheme ..

They screwed the pooch on that one!

I remember back in 07 flying from Entebbe to Nairobi on Kenya 763. They could barely turn the thing around at the end of the runway when lining up for takeoff. Too, had to abort takeoff halfway down runway as ground crew forgot to latch a compartment! That was a code brown moment...all as I could picture is my suitcase being retrieved by villagers on Lake Victoria and them being sold at some street market!
