I brought this discussion up many years ago, but I don't recall ever receiving a definitive answer.

Does anyone know what airline that B727 is from the intro to The Golden Girls? It's extremely hard for me to adjust in Photoshop well enough to identify. Here are a few screenshots from various sources, and a few altered images from PS. The last of the 3 altered images looks to me like a Delta Air Lines with the black nose and widget. But who knows. I am sure this is just some stock video footage of a 727, so it could be any airline back in the '80s or even earlier.

Let me know what you guys think. Or if you know the answer from the studio, that would be excellent. Thanks!
