I flew them a couple times from SFO to IAD early on. I thought they were pretty good! New to newer fleet, good service!

Never flew them but read pax liked the service, leather seats, mood lighting etc.

I also never flew them, but did hear they had quite a customer following. That doesn't mean every passenger had a perfect experience with them though. No matter how good you are, things will happen, both in and out of your control.
