Icelandair 80th Anniversary Livery visits GLA
 

Not for the first time, she was an early visitor not long out of paint shop in May 2017, but she popped in from KEF this morning in decent light for a change, so I went along the road for pictures of this fine livery.:D

This is the total opposite of the 'all euro-white' paint jobs out there, and it's very refreshing and much need for the aviation buffs. Big KUDOS to Icelandair. Thank you for posting these spectacular photos! T7

Wonderful! I have actually seen this one in person! It was at SeaTac back in May 2017 when I returned from my trip to London.

I was fortunate to see Hekla Aurora in Denver. I could not bet a good pic with my phone but it was a thrill to see her.
