Mexico city's new airport

Mexico's President just announced the creation of the world's first LEED Platinum Airport, this project will completely replace Mexico city's actual airport.
Legendary architect, Norman Foster, & Multibillionaire Carlos Slim's personal architect (b*tch), Fernando Romero, are the architects behind the design.

its always refreshing to see action when people plan and accomplish developing mega projects. Developing economies seem to have grasped this better than the west

Well, I guess when you are a nation that sends your jobs and industries overseas to these "developing economies", the end result is the lack of funds to develop your own airports and seaports here at home. These nations are growing and becoming more modern at someone elses expense.
