And the Dreamlifter incident just a few months ago. Hard to believe this can happen at the highest levels of professional aviation, especially with all the modern navigation equipment in cockpits these days. I feel for the pilots, though. Hope they keep their jobs.

So true! Although the ground GPS for cars is notorious for bringing motorist onto the wrong roads!
