Would have been nice to see it wear the same livery as the A300's.

Yes I did know that. I am ethnic and culturaly German, but live in America, so an American Airline with German registration is pretty much the tops. Best regards-LH458

It's assembled in Airbus German factory. If you look at the tail, you can see little German flag sticker

That new AA livery sucks so much, it deserves to be painted on an Airbus.

D-AVYQ is one of the many temp flight test/certification regs used by Airbus Germany. This reg was used on many airframes for customers around the world.
This is supposed to have N8001N under the sticker.

As for their new colors, I somehow like it. I found their previous colors awesome on classic airframes, but it quite suits this Babybus IMO.
The one thing that really sucks is the decission to slap the planepics watermark right over the fuselage. Stupid...

I only post my age as 5 because we are mostly grown men dealing with what are essentially glorified toy planes!! (I originally was going to put my age down as something like 528, but it wouldn't let me, so I went to the other extreme. It is also how long I've been on the forum for).

ANNYway, this forum has form with the whole Airbus versus Boeing thing, so I was just getting in there first and takin' the p**s a bit.
Its nice to see that people are trying to get past it now.
